The Client’s Vision
This Jubilee Hills bungalow was designed as a complete entertainment home where the client could spend quality time with family and friends, watch sports and movies, enjoy drinks, and move easily from one space to another without losing the luxury feel of the house. The client wanted every major zone to reflect a different lifestyle need, but all of them had to remain visually refined and elegant. In the living room, the speakers had to look like a statement piece, while in other rooms the technology had to stay discreet, practical, and beautifully integrated into the interiors.
The home also had to support a wide range of living patterns. The dining area needed a television for mealtime viewing, the master bedroom and wardrobe area required discreet audio, the master bathroom needed a TV and speakers near the jacuzzi, the parents’ room had to stay simple and easy to use, the kids’ bedroom needed audio only, and the terrace garden had to support relaxing evening music. On top of that, the client wanted the complete house, including the main gate and garage door, to be controlled through automation. That made this project a true whole-home experience rather than a collection of individual rooms.

The Design Challenge
The biggest challenge was to preserve the elegance of a large three-storey bungalow while introducing advanced AV, automation, and multi-zone audio throughout the property. Every room had a different purpose, so each solution had to be tailored carefully. Some spaces needed bold high-end speakers, some needed invisible or low-profile systems, and some needed simple ease-of-use. At the same time, the basement indoor pool and media room had to deliver serious entertainment performance with proper image, sound, and acoustic support.

The basement indoor pool area was designed as an entertainment and relaxation space, so it needed strong audio, visual comfort, and easy operation. The Optoma projector and large motorized ALR screen created a cinema-style experience inside the pool zone, while Bowers & Wilkins AM-1 speakers delivered clean and durable sound. The lighting, AC, and AV systems were tied into Crestron and KNX so the client could control the entire zone in a simple and elegant way.

These speakers were used because they are suitable for spaces where sound quality and durability both matter. Their compact design made them ideal for a pool environment, while their performance ensured music and movie audio remained clear and enjoyable. They worked especially well in a space where moisture resistance and aesthetic restraint were both important.
Rotel RA-12 Integrated Amplifier with Streamer
The Rotel amplifier provided stable power and straightforward operation for the pool area. With built-in streaming support for AirPlay, it gave the client a practical and easy way to play music in the indoor recreational space. It also helped keep the system simple, clean, and user-friendly.
Optoma HD33 Projector
The projector was used to deliver a Full HD viewing experience in the indoor pool zone. It supported the entertainment character of the room and paired well with the large motorized screen. For a recreation area, this gave the client the ability to enjoy movies or sports in a relaxed private setting.
Elite 150″ 16:9 ALR Motorized Screen
The screen was chosen to handle the brighter environment of the pool area and maintain good image quality. Its motorized operation kept the room neat when the system was not in use, and the ALR surface improved visibility in an entertainment space that could have ambient light.

The living room was one of the most important spaces in the house because the client wanted it to reflect status, elegance, and serious audio quality. We installed the Monitor Audio Platinum PL500 II speakers to give the room a strong visual and sonic identity. The McIntosh MA8000 and MB50 added both power and streaming convenience, creating a premium music environment that matched the scale of the room.

The MA8000 provided the musical control and power needed to drive the PL500 II speakers properly. Its strong amplifier section and premium design made it a natural fit for a luxury living room. It also added a sense of prestige to the system, which matched the client’s expectations.

The MB50 gave the client a convenient and high-quality streaming solution. It allowed easy access to digital music without compromising the premium character of the system. This made the living room suitable for both relaxed listening and impressive social entertainment.

We used a 55-inch magic mirror TV so the display could remain visually hidden when not in use. Anthony Gallo Micro speakers and a Marantz network receiver completed the setup, keeping the room refined and functional.

The master suite was designed as a calm and elegant private zone where technology had to remain almost invisible. For the bedroom and wardrobe area, we used a discreet audio solution so the client could enjoy music without disturbing the clean architectural look. In the bathroom, the 65-inch Magic Mirror TV created a luxury spa-style experience near the jacuzzi, allowing entertainment without introducing visible clutter.
The Magic Mirror TV was especially important because it kept the bathroom visually refined when the screen was off, blending into the interior like a decorative mirror. When switched on, it transformed into a large television with excellent visibility, giving the client the comfort of music, news, or video entertainment during private relaxation time. Combined with hidden speakers and Crestron-controlled amplification, the master suite became a fully integrated personal retreat.

They suited the bedroom environment very well because they could provide music without looking intrusive. Their presence helped maintain a premium and minimal interior feel.

The ad notam 55″ Magic Mirror TV was used in the dining area to keep the room looking elegant and uncluttered while still giving the client the convenience of a television during meals. When the screen was off, it blended into the décor like a stylish mirror, preserving the room’s refined appearance. When activated, it delivered a clear and practical viewing experience without disturbing the visual harmony of the space.
Stealth Acoustics Speakers
These invisible speakers were used in the bathroom to preserve the room’s clean design while still giving the client sound near the jacuzzi. They were the right choice for a space where visible speakers would have disrupted the décor. This kept the bathroom looking refined while still making it entertaining and functional.
Crestron Multi-Channel Zone Amplifier
The amplifier powered the private-suite audio zones and kept the system unified and easy to manage. It ensured that the bedroom and bathroom audio remained reliable and well-controlled. This made the master suite feel like a complete luxury zone in itself.

Parents’ Room, Kids’ Room and Terrace
Parents’ Room – This room was designed to stay simple, comfortable, and easy to use, so we installed a Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 2 soundbar along with a TV. The idea was to give the parents a clean and reliable entertainment solution that would not require any complicated operation or extra equipment. The soundbar delivered clear dialogue and balanced TV sound while keeping the room visually calm and uncluttered.
Kids’ Room – The kids’ room was given a music-only setup using Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers powered by a Rotel integrated amplifier and supported by Apple Airport Express streaming. This made the room perfect for casual music listening without the need for a television, which matched the client’s requirement for a simpler and cleaner environment. The in-ceiling speakers helped keep the room neat while still providing enjoyable sound quality for everyday use.
Terrace – The terrace was turned into a relaxed outdoor music zone using Klipsch rock speakers, a Rotel integrated amplifier, and Apple Airport Express for streaming. This allowed the family to enjoy music while having evening coffee, watching the sunset, or spending quiet time outdoors. The rock speakers blended naturally into the garden setting, so the audio felt present without disturbing the beauty of the terrace landscape.

The media room was designed as a 12-seater Dolby Atmos theatre in a 7.2.2 configuration, giving the family a true private cinema experience with strong surround impact and clear cinematic presentation.

These speakers formed the front left, center, and right channels and delivered the main dialogue and music foundation for the theatre. They were chosen for their accuracy, output capability, and clean in-wall integration. This made them ideal for a dedicated room where performance and a hidden installation both mattered.
Triad OnWall Gold Surround SL, SR, SBL, SBR (4 nos.)
These surround speakers created the side and rear envelopment needed for a proper Dolby Atmos theatre. They added spaciousness, movement, and detail to the surround field, helping the viewer feel fully inside the movie. Their placement supported a wide and immersive listening experience across all seats.
Triad InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor Top Speakers (2 nos.)
These ceiling speakers were used for the Atmos height layer and added vertical dimension to the soundstage. They helped deliver overhead effects with precision and realism, which is essential in a modern theatre setup. Their discreet ceiling installation also kept the room visually clean.
Velodyne DD-18+ Subwoofers (2 nos.)
These subwoofers provided deep, controlled bass for the theatre. They added impact to action scenes and weight to music playback while keeping the low end tight and well balanced. Dual subwoofers also helped achieve more even bass distribution across the seating area.

The Yamaha receiver handled the surround processing and overall system management. It worked as the control center for the theatre and made the setup reliable and easy to operate. Its processing helped tie all the speakers together into a coherent surround experience.

The projector delivered high-quality cinematic visuals for the theatre. It was suitable for a dedicated room because it offered strong image performance and worked well with a large screen. This helped create a true movie-theatre atmosphere at home.
Elite 180″ 16:9 Acoustically Transparent Screen
The large screen gave the room a proper cinema scale and allowed the front speakers to be placed behind it. This preserved accurate sound-image alignment and kept the theatre looking professional. The acoustically transparent design was especially important in a serious dedicated cinema.

Motion sensors, touchpads, and smart switches made the home easy to operate while keeping the design clean and modern.
